KM Windows Ltd.: Accreditations

KM Windows Limited is FENSA Registered and holds many accreditations

As a customer of KM Windows Ltd., you can put your trust in us and our accreditations when we carry out any work for you.

Thanks to new government building regulations there are minimum standards of energy efficiency that all new windows, doors and conservatories fitted in the UK must meet. These Building regulations – known as “Document L” (J in Scotland) – set energy efficiency targets to reduce heat loss from frames and glass. This all contributes in helping Britain meet its commitments as set out in the Kyoto Agreement relating to energy consumption and greenhouse gases.

To ensure that all replacement windows meet these new standards the Glass and Glazing Federation teamed with other industry bodies to produce FENSA – the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme.

By choosing KM Windows Ltd. to complete your work you will receive from us a certificate confirming that your installation fully complies with these new regulations. If you want to confirm this yourself you can view our FENSA registration. (View our registration here)
